Will my body butter melt in the heat?

In extreme heat the body butter may soften or melt, particularly if exposed to high heat for an extended period. To maintain its optimal texture, we recommend storing it in a cool, dry place. Rest assured, the product remains safe and effective for use. If melting occurs, simply place the jar in a refrigerator for a few hours to allow it to solidify. While it may not return to its original thick, whipped texture, it will set into a smooth, balm-like consistency that still delivers the same nourishing benefits.

Oh no, my body butter was delivered frozen what do I do?

This may occasionally happen due to cold shipping conditions, but rest assured, the product remains perfectly safe and effective for use. To restore it to its ideal consistency, simply allow the jar to sit at room temperature for approximately one hour. This will gently thaw the body butter, returning it to its smooth, nourishing texture without compromising its organic ingredients or quality.

Can I put my body butter in a cooler when I’m going out on a hot day?

Yes, you can absolutely store the body butter in a cooler to keep it protected from heat, especially in warm weather. To ensure the product remains in perfect condition, we recommend placing the jar in a sealed, airtight container, such as a Ziploc bag or Tupperware, to prevent any moisture from ice or condensation in the cooler from entering the jar.This precaution helps maintain the body butter’s quality and smooth, balm-like texture. Once removed from the cooler, store it in a cool, dry place to enjoy its full nourishing benefits.

I’m concerned about putting 100% organic coconut oil which is in your ingredients on my skin because it could clog pours?
